Tempo | summer workshops
Over the summer of 2020, we found ourselves unable to run together as a group. I organised and curated a series of online workshops to inspire and motivate our community during a really tough time. All the sessions were lead by Tempo runners, and explored nutrition, yoga, menstruation in relation to sport, and of course, music production.
It was wonderful to see the skills of all our runners on show, and to see our wider community interact and enjoy the sessions via instagram and zoom. We’re already planning more for the winter.
